Happy times in Marbella

Marbella is a happy town again.. Flights are back to normal.. Sun is out and is absolutely perfect.. Its great to see the town so vibrant again.. People are here the movers and shakers.. The only 4 £500,000 new models Ferraris were sold in Marbella last week… Property prices in prime locations are a great investment with only one direction price can go.. As less and less new properties available due to the inactivity of construction the last 5 years.. The over supply has well and truly been taken up.. The Marbella town hall are now granting new construction licences again.. but new developments will be at least a year or 2 away…So the remaining newly constructed properties are much in demand.. All our Moneaux International properties are only in prime locations and we still have a few brand new apartments in La Mesana & La Medina de Banus & Lomas de Marques & Marbella Ultimate.
